Oven Browned Tomatoes

Ingedients

6 tomatoes, Parsley-chopped, 4 cloves garlic-finely chopped, Olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350° 2. Slice the tomatoes in half. Crowd the tomato halves into a large baking dish. 3. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and parsley. 4. Pour olive oil over tomatoes until it comes to about 1/4 in baking dish. 5. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting with oil from time to time. The tomatoes will have shrunk to 2/3 to 1/2 size and be partly blackened. 6. Transfer to serving dish with slotted spoon. 7. Serve and enjoy!
