Mexican Street Corn

Ingedients
4 cobs of corn, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 cup favorite shredded cheese, chili powder, 1 lime
Directions
1. Turn oven broil up to high. 2. Peel off the husk of corn, leaving the ends attached to hold the corn. 3. Place cobs on a baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, then rotate them and repeat until they are brown all the way around–no more than 10 minutes total. 4. Working quickly, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise over each cob, lightly coating every kernel. 5. Sprinkle the cheese all over the corn. It should stick fairly easily to the mayonnaise. 6. Sprinkle chili powder over the corn. 7. Cut lime into wedges and sprinkle with lime juice. 8. Serve and enjoy!
