Easy Banana Oat Muffins

Ingedients

2 very ripe bananas, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1-1/3 cup old fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/4 mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375° and grease 8 cup muffin pan. (if there are additional emply cups, put a bit of water in them before baking. ) 2. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas well with a fork. 3. Add peanut butter and mix well. 4. Add oats and baking powder and mix well. 5. Add chocolate chips and mix well. 6. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full of batter. 7. Place in preheated oven and bake 15-17 minutes. 8. Once done, run a knife around each muffin to loosen it from the pan and place on a wire rack to cool. 9. Store for up to 5 days.
