Black-Eyed Peas & Collard Greens

Ingedients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 cup onion-chopped, 3 garlic cloves-minced, 8 cups collard greens-chopped, 1/4 cup tomato-chopped, 1/4 cup dill-chopped, 1 1/2 cups cooked black-eyed peas, Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stirring frequently. 3. Add greens, tomato, dill and 2 cups of water. Cook until greens are soft, about 20-25 minutes. 4. Add black-eyed peas and pepper to taste. Stir. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy! 6. Refrigerate leftovers.
