Mushrooms & Beans

Ingedients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 3 cups mushrooms, 2 cups great northern beans–cooked, 1 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon basil (optional), 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)
Directions
1. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. 2. Add onions and garlic, cook 2 minutes, stirring often. 3. Cut mushrooms in half and add in with basil and oregano, cook 6 minutes, stirring often. 4. Stir in beans and tomato sauce; heat through. Stir in parmesan cheese. 5. Serve as a side dish, or over pasta or rice. 6. Refrigerate leftovers.
