Watermelon Black Bean Salsa

Ingedients
2 cups watermelon-chopped and seeds removed, 1 cup black beans-cooked, 1/2 cup onion-chopped, 1 tablespoon green chilies-chopped, 1 garlic clove-minced, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon cilantro-chopped (optional)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss gently. 2. Chill, serve and enjoy. 3.Can be added to sandwiches, grilled meat, tacos or eaten alone. 4. Refrigerate leftovers.
