Roasted Cabbage

Ingedients

1 small head cabbage– leave the core attached, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, 1 lemon, Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450° F. 2. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges, core attached, and arrange on a rimmed baking sheet. 3. Brush both sides of wedges with oil. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Roast, flipping halfway through, until edges are brown and crisp, approximately 20-30 minutes. 5. Quarter lemon and squeeze over cabbage. Serve and enjoy!
