Roasted Parsnips

45 minutes, 2 to 4 servings

Ingedients

1 lb. parsnips-cut into sticks, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° 2. Toss parsnip sticks with oil. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Roast in oven, turning occasionally, until tender and deep brown–about 35 minutes. 5. Serve and enjoy!
