Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

10 minutes, 1 Cup servings

Ingedients

1 cup yogurt-plain or vanilla, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (omit if using vanilla yogurt), Fruit of choice popular choices are: apples, pears, bananas, grapes, berries, pineapple.

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Cut up fruit and dip away or toss fruit in with the mixture for a parfait. 3. Refrigerate leftovers.
