Ingedients
1 cup chopped cucumber, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place cucumber, tomato and onion in a bowl and mix thoroughly 2. Stir in yogurt and seasonings and mix well. 3. Eat right away or store in a sealed container in refrigerator until ready to use. 4. Use as a base to add proteins or other vegetables to create your own recipe.
