Cheesy Turnips

Ingedients

1 cup chicken broth, 3 cups turnips-cubed, 1/4 cup onion-chopped, 2 garlic cloves-minced, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a medium pot, place chicken broth, turnips, onion and garlic. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until the turnips are tender, about 10 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to medium and cook until most of the liquid is gone, about 10-15 minutes. 4. Stir in the sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
