Onion Rings

Ingedients

1 cup bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 3 onions

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, oregano and parmesan cheese. 3. In a separate bowl, mix egg with 1 tablespoon cold water. 4. Dip onion rings on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy! 6. Refrigerate leftovers.
