Humus

Ingedients
1 can (16oz.) chickpeas, 3-5 tablespoons lemon juice to taste, 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
Directions
1. Drain chickpeas and separate liquid from can. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add 1/4 cup of liquid from chickpea can. 3. Blend 3-5 minutes on low until smooth. 4. Place in a serving bowl, making a small well in the center of the hummus. 5. Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to the center well. 6. Garnish with parsley (optional). 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
